((Right, so.. Bare with me.))
Jace merely sighed as Nicoleta spoke, nodding his head once again though he obviously wasn't very happy about the orders. "It doesn't feel right," he said with a frown, "Ya' know, not doing anything." Shaking his head a little, Jace stood and faced the door the vampires had exited a while before. "Hey, guys! Come in here a minute," he called, though he knew they could hear him without his voice raising. He watched as the two vampires came back into the room, satisfied. "Right, you guys are to report to Nicoleta now too, not just me. If she asks you to do something, you do it," he said, pausing a moment before adding "After telling me what she said." It wasn't that he didn't trust Nicoleta, he just wanted to know what was going on. Nathan and Matt nodded once simultaneously, careful not to show that they had heard everything that Nicoleta and Jace had said to one another. Matt was just ready for them to be gone- he was still somewhat antsy around Slayers, even though he knew these two were the good guys. Still, he wanted to return to what he had been doing before they had shown up. Nathan felt the same way. He was feeling rather tired, the sharing of his story making him feel a little ill. Matt would undoubtedly take care of him, comfort him like he usually did, but Nathan knew that the other man wouldn't do it with these two here.

Sarah followed Alex and Violet silently, careful to avoid both of their looks. She kept her eyes down on the ground in front of her as they rode the elevator, then moved it to the space in front of her as they walked quickly to the informant's home. She stayed in the back of the group as Violet violently knocked on the door, then followed everyone inside as the door was opened. She didn't speak, instead began looking around the home at the different pictures and items held within. This woman looked so fragile, so breakable and hurt, that Sarah hoped she wouldn't live that long. What a sad thought, she realized, but it was true- if she only had this to look forward to, she didn't want to survive to that existence..

Nicoleta was surprised when Jace handed some of the power over to her. Being the control freak Nicoleta was, she was grateful that he did. "Well it seems that however you get your information is helpful and working, so I'll leave you to it." It was awkward giving orders to vampires - as evident in the slayer's voice. Nicoleta was used to fighting the undead, not working with them. "We should be getting home now." She sighed with a sigh as she turned to Jace knowing that getting him to rest was going to be a struggle. "That's all I got for now." She gave the other slayer a you-got-anything-to-add? look before turning her attention back on the vampires.
The old woman chuckle, but with her rasp aged voice it came out as a witch's hackle. "Of course dears. Would any of you like anything to drink?" She asked as Alex took a seat beside Violet. The firey slayer had chosen to sit on the end, forcing Alex to sit beside Sarah. Their arms rub against each other due to the couch's small size. He's heart quicken and he tried to push feelings of pleasure away. Alex needed to focus. This was the exact reason he couldn't date; girls were only a distraction. "No thank you. Your hospitality is generous, but we really need to get down to why we've come. You said you were a past LC?" The old took a seat in a worn down arm chair opposite the couch. Based on the many antiques of the apartment it was clear that much needed reinvasions had not been made in over twenty-years. "Oh no. Not me dear. My husband was a former Lamia Confectores. He died a few years ago - bless his heart - so I took over his responsibility of vampire watching." It made sense that the old woman's husband had been the real source. Even in the woman's younger years Alex doubted she could ever kill vampires. "We're sorry for your lose." The old woman shook her hand as if she was swatting a fly, explaining to the three that he had lived a long and eventful life and in the end it was merely old age that got him. "We want to ask you about a recent email that you sent us. The information, well it was wrong." The old woman scrunched her face, making her wrinkles more defined. "What? Impossible." Alex gave her the print out of the letter. She reached for her glasses that hung on a light chain around her neck. Hands shaking, she held the glasses up to her eyes. "Hog wash, this isn't my letter!" Alex's sighed. "Are you sure?" It worried him that they had elder people as sources. If they couldn't remember what they put in a report then the source was no use to them. "Of course I'm sure! You'll even show you." The old woman slowly got to her feet and headed towards the hall. She paused motioning with her boney hand for the slayers to follow. She lead them down the hall and into a small room where a modern looking computer sat - a definite surprise for Alex. The woman sat down before clicking the computer to life. It took her a few minutes to type the log in and pull up the email. "There, read for yourself." Alex glanced through the message and to his disbelief the woman was right. The letter was different and actually contained the right information. “But how?” The old woman’s shoulders slumped as if in a shrug. “I wouldn’t know myself. What I do know is I’ve been seeing a lot more of them recently. I figured they were planning something and I was right when I found this.” A thin finger pointed to a flyer beside the monitor. Alex reached for the paper dumbfounded to see that it was one of the flyers he’d seen at the rave. “You’re info is correct that’s for sure.” He let out a deep breath running a hand through his blonde locks as he glanced at the two girls beside him wondering what they were thinking. If the old woman’s email was correct and theirs was wrong, who the hell had sent them the email?
((Sorry for the slight GMing... needed to get through that part.))

Violet let Alex take over and followed the old woman down the hall to the computer room, leaning against the doorframe and narrowing her eyes at the ceiling in thought. This whole thing was getting way messed up and she wanted to know why. Well, mostly she wanted to bash some vampire's head in for messing with the LC but that was another discussion. "Someone's messing with the LC and I wanna know who it is," she mumbled. "There's some bigger scheme going on here and I don't like it." With a glance at Sarah and Alex, she turned to the old woman. "Well, thank you for your time, we should be getting back." She turned to the others. "Nicoleta will want to know about this." With that, she left, not waiting for Sarah and Alex.

Jace could tell Nicoleta was happier when she had some measure of control, and at the time, he was glad to have given her some. He was half-listening as she spoke to Matt and Nathan, not bothering to pay full attention now that they were all on the same page and some semblance of allies. Obviously none of the others on his team could know about the two vamp's that he worked with, but Nicoleta had taken it well enough.. After a little while. It was obvious that she was still feeling pretty awkward about the whole situation, but Jace didn't really have time to analyze that. The longer they were there, the worse his headache was getting. As his captain spoke to him again though, he glanced up at the two men. After a short look, a sly grin spread onto his lips, a knowing look in his eye, "Have fun," he said with a wave of his hand as he turned around to leave. "Lets go, Nikki," he said with a slight sigh. "I'm ready to see what the others found." With that, the boy walked back out of the building, waiting outside in the ally for her.
Sarah said nothing as she followed the small procession deeper into the house towards the computer. She hadn't spoken since she had gotten into the car that morning other than the occasional direction to Violet. The revelation that their source had not been wrong, however, bothered her enough to speak up once they had left the old woman's apartment. "That's a secure address," she said as she thought aloud. "Guys, that's secure. Really secure. How did someone find out about it unless they have someone on the inside?" she asked softly, her eyes finding Alex. "How did they send us the fake information?"

Nicoleta thanked the two vampires one last time before following Jace out of the building. She rolled her eyes at the nickname he gave her, figuring he knew now was the only time she wouldn’t kill him for it; considering he was in pretty tough shape. Nicoleta closed the metal door before turning to the male slayer. “Guess we bus it home.” She wrapped her arm around his waist, ordering him to lean on her. She helped the boy over to the bus stop. It was only a ten minute wait until the next bus arrived. Nicoleta helped Jace aboard before taking a seat by the window. It was a half an hour of riding around the city until the bus finally rolled up to their stop. “We’re here.” She muttered to the boy before helping him off. She sighed waiting the bus guzzle away. They still had a good twenty minute walk back through the woods. “Think you can make it?” Nicoleta still had her cell phone on her. Maybe the others were still out and could pick them up.
The old woman looked between Alex and Sarah when Sarah spoke up about the secure address. “She’s right.” Alex sighed running a hand through his hair. “Someone must be hacking the account. Or intercepting it somehow. I don’t really know.” He watched Violet leave, annoyance flickering across his handsome features. There were things he still wanted to discuss with the woman, questions he wanted answered, but they would have to wait. “Thank you, we’ll be back soon.” He offered her a kind smile before heading out the door after Violet.
