Isaac sat down beside Luna, getting lost in the repetitive task. His job as a watchman was really just... watching, so he was used to mindless stuff like this. It was so quiet that when Luna spoke, Isaac jerked up in surprise. "Eh?" he asked. Realizing it was only Luna, he rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment. "Oh, uh, yeah?" Her question's absurdity caught him off guard, and he laughed a little before he caught his rudeness. "Sorry," he said. "Uh, I guess I like green? All colors are cool, though, I guess...." He tossed a package awkwardly into a pile. "What's yours, then?"

Luna was still blushing a little, only feeling more embarrassed when Isaac laughed at her. She was frowning then, trying to keep herself from showing that she was slightly distressed, but said nothing. When the boy apologized and actually answered, she started to feel a little better; perhaps he had not meant to be rude, she thought. "I like the color orange," Luna said with a smile. "I don't remember much from before the outbreak started, but I remember that color. Beautiful sunsets, delicious oranges, wildflowers.. They were all beautiful and glorious." Luna had paused her work, smiling as she looked into the distance, obviously seeing nothing of what went on around her. After just a moment though, she shook her head and blushed a little, shrugging slightly. "I guess mine's orange, then," she offered before sighing contentedly, leaning back to sit on her heels. "Ahh, finished," she said, grinning over at Isaac.

Isaac felt kindof bad about laughing, especially when Luna got all wistful about sunsets and stuff. "Wow," he half-chuckled, "you're gonna make me get all sad... about... stuff." He looked at her face as she gazed away, struck by her sincerity. He looked at the piles hurriedly when she broke her trance. He didn't know what to say after that, especially since they were done, and he was about to say something really awkward when Claire reappeared. "You guys done?" she asked. "Good. Let's go report back to the others, see how they're doing. C'mon!" She motioned toward herself and left, not really waiting for them. Isaac shrugged. "I guess we better go," he said, getting up and following Claire.

Jack watched the exchange between the men, a little reluctant to answer but willing enough to cooperate. "There are four women, two men including myself, and a child. We had another man, but he was killed on the way back." A dark look went to Luke, who had been in charge of the group that had ruined his own peoples' hideout. It was almost as if this Yanta owed him for the damage they had caused.

Yanta nods and scans the map. A slight smile shows itself. "Well, we do have four houses available." He looks up at Jack. "They're yours, if you want them. I almost feel like we need to compensate you and your group somehow for, for lack of a better term, driving you out of your hideout." He flips the map around. He explains the rules of the colony before Jack accepted the offer, pointing to everything as he explained it. "I will leave it to you to explain all this to your group, if you choose to accept the offer." A bigger colony will help with the renovations to the border, if they stay. he thinks to himself.

Jack's blue eyes flicked to the map before him and he listened as Yanta explained everything. He crossed his arms, leaning back slightly on his left leg as he thought about what he wanted to do. "I think my group would like living here. We'll only need two of the houses." He, Reagan, Anna Marie, and Lara could live in one and Gary, Maria, and Danielle could live in the other. Their group wouldn't want to split up too much. They'd been together too long for doing that comfortably in a strange place like this. Besides, it was already a tight knit community. They would be outsiders to the others and probably not welcomed too warmly.

Yanta nods and looks back at the map. "Okay, well... just pick the houses you want. I will say they're not that big, so living may be cramped, but since you're the leader of the group, you know what they can and can't handle. I'll need to know what positions the people in your group wish to take. All children are exempt from this, for obvious reasons. Right now, we need Watchmen, Medics, and Officers. If you or your group want more explanations of the jobs, I'll be glad to provide them with one."

Jack thought about his group. "Gary and Danielle can be watchmen, Maria a medic and Reagan can help part time when not watching Anna Marie. I'll volunteer to be an officer and Lara...Lara's kind of useless..." he said, not very fond of Reagan's sister. "I think they'd all agree with that."

Yanta nods and gets out a large notebook. He starts jotting stuff down and looks back at Jack. "Officer of... our warriors... I presume?" He was glad that there were more people to keep an eye out for the zombies and for the Horde. He was also happy to know that there would be even more people to help with the wall that he wanted built. This has already paid off in the long run. He smiles slightly, looking back down at the notebook. Good find, Luke. I honestly think this could be a bit better than a few of the previous provisions.

As Claire returned, Luna smiled and stood, glancing back at Isaac to make sure he was coming before following after the woman, her large green eyes taking everything in as they walked. "Where do you think they'll be?" she asked Claire after a moment, frowning lightly as she thought. "With Yanta? Or.. Somewhere else?" she wondered aloud. It didn't really matter to her, either way. She was going to follow the medic wherever it was she led.
Luke was silently listening to Yanta and Jack speak, only paying half attention as time went on. He knew it wasn't good, that he was supposed to be paying really good attention to things since he was Second and all, but he just couldn't focus.. His mind instead continued to flash back to the dream, er nightmare, he had been having that morning, the one that had roused him in a panic. Luke had been sweating, shivering, and had a pounding headache when he had woken up, his breath coming in and out in quick gasps, his throat sore from screaming he assumed. The man shook his head a little, making himself stand straighter so he would listen more.
