The Artificial-Intelligence Assisted Administration is a government built organization designed to replace the police. Their HQ is a large building in the center of Neo 2020, a district in the nation's capitol, where our story takes place.

It was raining. Locke stood quietly, the rain echoing off of the tarp above his head. Besides the light of his cigarette, little could be seen around him, as he had left the lantern posted by the lower officers.
His cigarette finished, Locke tossed it aside quickly so as to light another. He was supposed to get a new partner today, something he dreaded. "Man, why'd you have to get yourself locked in the loony-bin?"
Time was ticking by and his partner would be there soon. At the very least his wasn't the only team posted to this assignment; "Maybe one of the others is someone I know," Locke hoped.

"Sorry I'm late!"
Locke turned to the source of the cry as a young officer bounded towards him. Slowing down his run to a quick walk, the officer stuck his hand in front of him.
"I'm Agent Verity, but since you're my partner I guess you can just call me Yuri, my first name."
Locke stared, almost dumbstruck. "You're my new partner huh?" Slowly he raised his hand and tightly gripped Yuri's hand. Even the handshake was all wrong, with Yuri barely putting any effort into it. This was going to be a bumpy ride from start to finish, Locke could tell.
